Eddie Golan was born in 1968. In 1993 he graduated from the University of Tel-Aviv with B.A. Economics degree, and in 1999 he received Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Manchester. Eddie has extensive management experience, which he acquired due to top-management positions and as member of the Board in leading Israeli companies, including those of VP International Marketing (Club-Hotel Group Ltd.), CEO (HRI Group Ltd.), VP Marketing and Sales and then Senior VP (Albar Ltd.), VP Marketing and Business Development (ILD Insurance Co. Ltd.). Currently, Eddie Golan holds the positions of Country Manager - Russian Federation in TBIF Financial Services B.V. and Chairman of the Board of Directors in Sovcombank. |
| Gueorguiev Ivo | Ivo Gueorgiev was born in 1964. In 1988 he graduated from the University of National and Economy, Bulgaria. In 1993 he graduated from the University of Alberta in Canada. Ivo has degree of Master of Business Administration and Master of Science. Over the 1993 to 2001 period he worked for EBRD as a Senior Banker. Nowadays Gueorguiev Ivo is the Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of TBIF Financial Services BV |
| Garty Joseph | Joseph Garty was born in 1980. In 2005 he graduated from the Tel-Aviv University, with a specialization in Accounting and Economics. In 2007 he acquired a Certified Public Accountant license. Until 2008 he worked in Ernst & Young in Tel-Aviv, Israel. In 2008 he joined the Kardan group as a financial controller of Kardan Financial Services B.V. In 2009 was appointed a Managing Director in Kardan Financial Services B.V. and in 2010 as a managing director in TBIF Financial Services. |
| Stoyanov Yordan Krasimirov | Yordan Krasimirov was born in 1978. He graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” with B.A. in Business Administration and further studied for M.A. in Banking and Finance degree, which he received in 2001. Yordan Krasimirov is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom starting from 2005. He joined TBIF Financial Services B.V. as Group financial controller in 2005. In 2009, he became Audit Committee Chairman in VAB Bank. Yordan Krasimirov maintains his present position of Executive Director in TBI Financial Services Bulgaria EAD since January 2010. |
| Baychev Rossen | Rossen Baychev was born in 1976. In 2000 he graduated from the Sofia University in Business Administration. In 2002 he acquired Master’s degree in Business Administration with University of Nantes. He jointed TBIF in 2003. Currently Rossen Baychev holds the position of Head of Management Reporting and MIS Department. with TBIF Financial Services BV. |
| Khotimsky Sergey
CEO, shareholder, founder of Sovcombank |
Sergey Khotimsky was born in 1978. He graduated from Moscow International University in 1999, with a specialization in jurisprudence. Nowadays Sergey is the owner of film producing company Polygon (produced several prosperous movies: DMB, ARJE, Landish Serebristiy) and owner of development company Fingrad. He has extensive experience in investment consulting, served as board member of various companies. Also Sergey Khotimsky is responsible for strategic development. |
| Ariel Hasson | Ariel Hasson was born in 1973. In 2001, he graduated from Tel-Aviv University with dual degree of B.A. Management and Economics, and in 2003, he received Master in Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Before joining TBIF Financial Services B.V. in July 2010, Ariel Hasson held the position of Executive Vice-President and Head of Emerging Markets Banking in Bank Hapoalim Group, Israel. Starting from August 2010, he was appointed Managing Director of TBIF FS BV. |

| Fuks Pavel Yakovlevich | Pavel Yakovlevich was born in the city of Kharkov (Ukraine) in 1971. During 1989-1994 years, he studied at Kharkov State University. Field of specialization - Economic and Social Planning. In 2006, Mr. Fuks consolidated his numerous real estate projects under MCG (MOS CITY GROUP) brand. As of now, Pavel Yakovlevich is a shareholder, President of the Board of Directors, and President of the developer company “MOS CITY GROUP”, JSC. Starting from 2008, Mr. Fuks is a member of the Management Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE). |
| Fuks Roman Yakovlevich | Roman Yakovlevich was born in the city of Kharkov (Ukraine) in 1974. He studied for Economics degree at Kharkov State University in 1992-1997. As of the present time, Mr. Fuks is a specialist of organizational-analytic department in “MOS CITY GROUP”, JSC. He is also a shareholder and a member of the Board of Directors of “Teremok-Invest”, JSC. |
| Biryukov Victor Alekseevich | Victor Alekseevich was born in 1976. In 1998, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the MFA of Russia (MGIMO), faculty of International Law. He continued his education at the School of Law, Northwestern University for Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) and the Harvard Business School, General Management Program in 2009. Mr. Biryukov is a member of the Board of Directors of “Varjeganneftegaz” LLC, “ExcessBioScience” JSC, “TNK-BP International Ltd”. |
